[WT-support] No CW going to Radio B

WT doesn't handle paddles inputs. I once heard a stand-alone Windows 
keying software like that was existing, but I can't remember its name. 
Anyone on this list with a better memory ?

But it would be totally independent of WT, which implies it can't 
interrupt WT and such things.
