How did you install the 2.29 upgrade ?

You just have to execute the update (or full) .exe package and choose to 
install it "on the top" of your existing installation. DO NOT UNINSTALL 
ANYTHING before this upgrade. This will ensure your settings are kept etc...

Anyway, now, the best way is to use the full installation package 
downloadable here :
