[WT-support] Going Back to 28

I am having more problems with the latest upgrade. I was running 28 and 
upgraded to 29..Just the up grade. All went crazy.. Impossible to send 
via winkey and I lost all of my settings.The 28 release worked great. Is 
this because I did not load the entire release for 29?. If I load the 
entire release for 29 will I have to install all of my information 
including license code? If I go back to the 28 release will I have to 
reinstall the license code?
