Hi -

We do not privide this program public yet because we are worried about
the possible diversions that could be made by guys who would like to use
a such "wide area network" of stations located in various QTHs to take
advantages (cheating?) in a contest. Is this really in the contest ethic
to use such tools?

This is why this program is only available for the IARU HQ competitors
for now, because the rules allow to operate from different QTHs.

I would like to have the opinion of the contest community before getting
available this program. Topic opened! :)
