WT uses the Windows sound settings. Adjust them to your convenience.

I can only comment abt the NAQP as I wrote this class.

Alt-Z should display what you're looking for.

Check STATES.DAT and add what you want to your convenience.

Definitely. The Tab key is only used to jump to sent rpt and send rpt.

The Alt-1 and Alt-2 shortcuts are deprecated since the arrival of the 
Partner window. BTW, I don't know what version you're using, but the 
latest version is here :

Do you use the numpad * ? You must be in Operating / Technique / SO2R or 
advanced SO2R.
