[WT-support] Databases updates

Hi -

The following Win-Test databases have been updated with the help of the
new Super Check Partial databases compiled by K5ZD. Thank you very much
for maintaining them Randy!

HF.DTB
CQWW.DTB
ARRL-ALL.DTB
ARRL-DX.DTB
ARRL-USVE.DTB
ITU.DTB
REFHF.DTB (this one also includes the French callbook with dpt)

As usual, the CQWW, ARRL-DX and ITU databases are also including either
the zones or the states/provinces (guessed from the FCC callbooks) for
the US/VE stations.

To update your current version, you just have to download theses
database files from http://download.win-test.com/databases and unzip
them into the working directory of Win-Test.

NB: if you have already updated your databases from your logs, it will
be necessary to do it again!
