[WT-support] WAG_DL.DTB and WAG_DX.DTB fixed

Hi all !

Chris DK9TN detected small glitches in the above databases files. AFAIK, 
these were non-blocking errors, but if you take part in the coming DARC 
10 meters contest, we advise you to update these files from our usual 
public directory :
