[WT-support] WT 2.17.0 available

Hello the list,

Olivier just built and uploaded the version 2.17.0 of Win-Test.

It includes the Sezioni contest for the coming week-end (only opened to 
the Italians starions), the support of the TenTec Jupiter TRX, the CW 
prosigns, and some various improvements and fixes requested by users.

Please read the release file at the end of this mail.

- Bugfix: address was not correct for the Tentec Omni VI. Tks F6IFY.

- Bugfix: DTR handshaking on the serial lines was not working as
   expected. Tks W0RSR.

- Bugfix: when an entry was deleted in the secondary radio window
   with SHIFT+ALT+W, the band was changed by the band of the primary
   radio. The same operation using SHIFT+F11 was working OK. Fixed.
   Tks S51TA, and DJ5MW!

- Added rig Tentec Jupiter. Due to the poor protocol instruction set,
   there is some limitations:
     - split mode is not supported
	- the VFO A is always shown as active in WT, and WT will only
	  control the VFO A
	- there is no way to control the VFO B from the software
   BTW, you will need a 3-wires cable with CTS and RTS connected
   at the radio side.

- Dupe warning message shortened to be compliant with the log large

- ARI Sezioni Contest added. [This contest is only opened to
   I stations]

   A database for this contest has been built and is downloadable
   from our usual directory :

- CW Prosigns : Prosigns are now allowed in CW messages. They
   are entered as a "&" character, followed by the 2 characters
   forming the prosign. For example : &BK or &VA, etc... All such
   prosigns are supported by the internal and the WinKey keyers.

   For now, the prosigns are not supported on the W5XD Multi-Keyer.

- Logs : New option added in the output logs configuration dialog to
   write the summary file (.SUM extension). Tnx DL1MGB.

- Text commands : CWABBREV added. Equivalent to CWFULLABBREV.

- Text commands : RPT and NORPT added. Equivalent to REPEAT and
   NOREPEAT. Tnx DL1MGB.
