[WT-support] Bug in WT 2.2.3

Hi all

Lee F5MUX reported a major crash using mouse wheel within WT with some 
operating systems : Win2K pro and Win98 are (at least) affected. Several 
users report that WinXP isn't affected.

You can temporary circumvent this issue easily in selecting the 
"floating" windows mode (Options / Windows / Floating), and restarting WT.

For information, we already fixed our development trunk and the next 
release will be OK.
