Hi all

For information, Alex VE3NEA released in late September HamCAP 1.2 
which, amongst other features, can mark in its chart window the best SNR 
for a given band. It's very useful to take a sked on the most suitable time.

But, unfortunately, this new version breaks its windows 
foreground/background management from Win-Test. To be short, the menu 
item (Options / HamCAP / In background) is no more working :-(  Not a 
big deal, but rather annoying ! Choose your poison ! (This will be fixed 
in the next Win-Test release).
