I will release a 4.29.0 and 4.29.0-HQ in the coming days, but 4.28.0 and 
4.28.0-HQ are 100% compatible with the coming version. So you can set up 
and test your network with it for now.

The only difference between the two is the prohibition of being able to 
launch several instances on the same PC for 1.16-dev. It's been added 
because some users didn't pay attention, and lauched several instances, 
and might create loops or useless traffic. I also intend to release a 
stable 1.16 including this feature.
