[wt4hq] WTTunnel: Same procedure as ...

Hello everybody,

its this time of the year again that we all
prepare for the HQ contest.

As every year, I would like to know what the
status is with regard to new versions, the
WTTunnel client & Server package. 

In particular I would like to know
if last years package is still compatible -
I note WT 4.6.0 of Oct 2010 has a new network
protocol (v1.25).

Also, a general question: We still have several
crashes always in the vincity of the QSO recorder.
Nothing definitly reproducible, but we get the
win-test dialog that it crashed, and then kaboom.
No further information (as you usually would have
if windows handled the crash itself).

What can we do to help debug this issue ?

Trust the computer industry to shorten "Year 2000" to Y2K.  It was this kind
