[wt4hq] Tunnel Client instability

Hello,

I have stations - swearing they use 1.12 of the tunnel client.

Now, they intermittently have login problems. On the server log,
it looks like Win Test data being sent before - or immediately together
without line separators - the login sequence.
Killing and restarting the client several times ultimately leads to a successful
login.

I vaguely remember seeing this before in some year ago and that this
then supposedly was fixed in a newer tunnel client.
Anyone else seen this ? Is this a regression or is there a
problem with the tunnel client in our particular situation ?
