Well, my knowledge of the protocol is somewhat limited. I only know what
the tunnel server does, and the tunnel server will drop abovementioned frame,
so there is no point in sending it there in the first place.

Youre wrong on the _must_ - only ADDQSOs (actually, any protocol elements)
with Destination Station to "" will be broadcast, whereas abovementioned
ADDQSO is a directed frame, that will not be broadcast but only forwarded
to the destination, unless - as in the case above - the destination would
be on the same tunnel the frame was received from.

I am not sure but I thought back then when the current "learning" server was introduced,
you mentioned also the tunnel client would do the same, but as I said - I could
be mistaken.
