[wt4hq] tunnelsrv is crashing all the time

Looks like its OK (please allow for not too much sleep here on
my part); my quick fix was to change the test to <=0.
The MSG_NOSIGNAL looks fine to me. Its a workaround tho, there
should not be any writing to disconnected sockets so 


I have however to add more bad news (though you probably already know)
both dxtelnet and wttunnel (1.8) leak memory like sieves, particularly
with logsync on (but I dont know if its due to logsync or just due to
the enormous ammount of traffic this generates)
