[wt4hq] tunnelsrv is crashing all the time

Shame on me, the client was not checking the connection status before 
sending LAN information onto the server. Fixed. thank you for that 
again, Mario!

This is not a critical bug, but you should suggest your team member to 
download and install version 1.9 if possible.
