R: [Wrtc] Are we ready for WRTC?

Hi guys...

I was going to write something similar, but Tonno already 
did it! :-)

Anyway I have almost the same questions: we started with 
ver.2, now moving to ver.3 that doesn't require any registration and 
without databases. We have partner and log syncr. features. Now, what 
can we expect??

In one of the last ver.2 we were talking abt swap freq 
on both radios through the network and few features to add short cut 
keys. Also "swap freq on both radios" was asked to have a short cut 
key.

"Swap freq on both radios" was reported by OH team to have 
several bugs. Are those bugs solved in beta ver.3.0??

Can we expect 
anymore improvements?? Almost all WRTC features actually have no short 
cut keys!!

FYI it seems almost all guys will be leaving between 3 and 
4 July. It means it's time to pack stuff :-)

I 'll begin this weekend 
to store stuff, but I would like to know if and when I/we can expect 
some pending items solved.

Please remember these questions are showed 
in order to be able to do a precise and serious planning. If I can 
expect another release within a week, I won't pack all stuff.

we have a WRTC version of WT which I have not 
managed to test yet with rigs but there were some issues that I have 
not seen metioned as corrected in the release notes:

1. Is the 
EXCHANGE FREQUENCY WITH... feature working correctly now? It only 
worked generally from SSB Radios before. Has this been fixed?? 

2. 
EXCHANGE FREQUENCY WITH... needs a shortcut key. I know text command of 
XSWAP was proposed. I don't know if it was introduced but that is no 
shortcut. Typing XSWAP + ENT is not really any better than clicking 
EXCHANGE FREQUENCY WITH... with mouse. How about CTRL+S?? This should 
be free now!

Some other issues that I have mentioned/asked:

1. Auto 
sending (CW) - you said "to be done". Any chance to get into WRTC 
version?

2. Shortcuts to additional messages. Is it possible? I have 
asked a few times with no reply. This would be really nice and huge 
improvement. It is not really possible efficiently to operate the ALT-C 
to get Additional Messages. I propose to create shortcuts for 
Additional messages. CTRL 1, CTRL 2.. etc are all free! Would it be 
possible to use those to call the respective additional message? CTRL 
F1 to CTRL F12 are also free exept F1, F2, F3, F9 - those could be 
repositioned if this seems better. Another option would be to move F8 
to F12 keys somewhere else and create 5 more messages there!?

3. All 
QSOs I make go to bandmap on my frequency - I don't remember if there 
was an option to avoid it???

4. Sent Numbers abbreviations might be 
more user customizable - I want to have just 0=T and 9=N but I can 
choose half-abbreviated that also makes 5=E. Could it be just a table 
where everybody can write how to abbreaviate all numbers? Much more 
user friendly.

Please comment on those.
