Win10 Pro 32 bits is very rare. Are you sure it is not Win10 Pro 64 bit?
See https://www.engadget.com/windows-10-32-bit-oem-173055990.html .
When you installed the latest version (?) of Win-Test on Windows 10, did
you remember to select "Run as Administrator" to run the FULL installer
(not just the update)?
http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin/wt-4.37.0.exe
And after you ran the installer, Test, did you change the *Properties* of
wt.exe to "Run as Administrator"?
Both steps are strongly recommended.
You will also need dlportio.dll or (inpout32.dll renamed) in the Win-Test
installation folder. The full installer should do this otherwise you
should get some error message if the LPT box is checked.
Older instructions here:
http://lists.f5mzn.org/pipermail/support/2011-May/081094.html
Finally, did you open an SSB log or a CW log? Is the rig in CW mode and
does this mode show up in Win-Test? Type REOPEN [Enter] to view the log
mode. SSB logs generate no CW.
What rig are you using? Many modern rigs support CW and PTT keying by
virtual DTR and RTS pins over USB cable, so you don't need LPT any more.
See my presentation on this:
- Everything You Need to Know About USB and Serial Interfaces
<https://bit.ly/USBserial2021>, updated for 2021
Slide 50 and following explains keying via COM port and lists which radios
support it, and how to enable it.
