The IC-7400 is not supported by Win-Test. Did you mean IC-7410?
If you are using an IC-7400, what is the CI-V Address of the radio set to?
The default is 66h, but there is no way for Win-Test to use it unless you
set radio type to "Icom Generic" and update wt.ini as explained here:
https://docs.win-test.com/wiki/WT.INI
What is the CI-V address entered in the microHAM? What radio model did you
select in Win-Test?
If you were using address 60h instead of the IC-7400 default of 66h, and
therefore select radio type IC-9100, which (due to a bug) used to use the
CI-V address of the IC-910 (60h) instead of the correct IC-9100 default
(7Ch), then that explains why selecting radio type IC-9100 doesn't work
with wt 4.33 but works with wt 4.31. So, try selecting radio type IC-910
instead of IC-9100 and that will use address 60h. Set CI-V Transceive ON
and select "Use CI-V Transceive" in Win-Test.
