What radio model did you select in Win-Test?</div><div><br></div><div>If you were using address 60h instead of the IC-7400 default of 66h, and therefore select radio type IC-9100, which (due to a bug) used to use the CI-V address of the IC-910 (60h) instead of the correct IC-9100 default (7Ch), then that explains why selecting radio type IC-9100 doesn't work with wt 4.33 but works with wt 4.31. So, try selecting radio type IC-910 instead of IC-9100 and that will use address 60h.
