Indeed. It was kind of duplicate with the legacy MASTER file (.SCP or 
.DTA). So, it's now ignored.

Also, now, only the callsigns from the MASTER file that are relevant to 
the contest are processed. For example, if you enter the ARRL DX contest 
from the DX side, only the US/VE callsigns from the MASTER file are 
loaded. No need to use MASUSVE (or MASTERDX for US/VE entrants) like before.

Finally, the contest-specific partial / N + 1 files (like YODX.SCP in 
this case) are IMHO only useful for minor or national contests that 
attracts entrants who usually don't take part in the major events.
