[WT-support] Elecraft K3/K3S slow bandmap

The K3 in AUTO 1 mode outputs nothing while knob is spinning.  Or about
once per second (too slow) if you move the knob very slowly.  If you are
doing trace tests through a microHAM MK2R or similar, be sure to check
"Disable router queries" to avoid misleading observations.
