Could have have "Incoming Spots Logging" on (right click on band map to check), with no write access to the log file directory. Could have two copies of Win-Test running (use Windows Task Manager to check, or just reboot Windows and start over). Could be an error message from CCUser rather than Win-Test.
Did you set the Win-Test shortcut properties to Run as Administrator after you installed, as recommended?

Hi to all wintest-user,
I got on my win10 PC with Version 4.28.0 repeatingly the following errormessage:
[BANDMAP_saveSpot]
Problem opening file, cause: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
The error windows occurs, when a spot coming from a reversebeacon via ve7cc was put into the bandmap.
What am I doing wrong?
