[WT-support] Win-Test 4.28 Cabrillo log header incorrect for HQ stations?

Did you email the log as an attachment, or use the ARRL Log uploader,
http://contest-log-submission.arrl.org/ ?

I would like to see the exact error message that you received from the
robot, and an unmodified copy of file that you first tried to send.

This issue may only apply to HQ stations. For Cabrillo 2.0 and 3.0, the
specification <https://wwrof.org/cabrillo/cabrillo-specification-v3/>
 requires:

CATEGORY-STATION: HQ

instead of

CATEGORY-OVERLAY HQ

but perhaps the robot will accept both *if* it sees Cabrillo 3.0 in line 1,
but not Cabrillo 2.0?

Since the robot complained about "Row 1" (perhaps line 1?), I wonder, did
you edit the .LOG file with a text editor before trying to upload it? If
so, which program did you use to edit it? Some text editors may insert
binary values (hex EF BB BF) as the first 3 bytes of the file as a File
Signature <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_file_signatures> to
indicate the file is encoded in "UTF-8", especially if you use "File, Save
as, Text". Other programs may not do this. If you used a different editor
to change line 1 to Cabrillo 3.0, that could be the explanation. The
editor removed the binary bytes and then the robot was happy.
