[WT-support] Win-Test 4.28 Cabrillo log header incorrect for HQ stations?

Hi,

I had trouble sending in OH2HQ log to WRTC robot. It was complaining from
row 1 in cabrillo file. This is what Win-Test 4.28 created which I had to
manually modify:

START-OF-LOG: 2.0
CREATED-BY: Win-Test 4.28.0
CONTEST: IARU-HF
ARRL-SECTION: DX
CALLSIGN: OH2HQ
CATEGORY: MULTI-MULTI ALL HIGH MIXED
CATEGORY-OVERLAY: HQ


The modified and accepted first line was:

START-OF-LOG: 3.0
CREATED-BY: Win-Test 4.28.0
......

Did anyone else experience this?
