[WT-support] Wintest version 4.27

Did you remember to select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR to install the update?  Did
you change the shortcut Properties to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR?  Both are
usually required.

4.27.0 (Jan 8, 2017)

- Bugfix : Auto-repeat mode was broken (silly me !). Tnx VE2FWW, N6TV,
   W4DD and many others.

- Bugfix : RAC contest : Despite the rules indicate MIXED (CW + SSB)
   category only entries, the F10 wnd wasn't correctly scaled when using
   a single-mode category. Tnx SP5KP.

- Bugfix : Statistics Wnd (Ctrl-F9) : Under some specific circumstances,
   the log data weren't correctly displayed in the targets tab.
   Tnx F5LIW.

- DARC XMAS : Sprint logic exchange now applicable for this contest.
   Tnx K3LR and N6TV.
