I have just downloaded and installed the Wintest version 4.27 update.<br>

I am trying to open the program to get ready for a contest on Saturday for<br>
some reason I am unable to get access to the program and get the following<br>

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have<br>
the appropriate permissions to access the item<br>
<br>
My operating system is Windows 7 and Wintest version 4.26 was working<br>
correctly until I installed the new update. Has anybody else had the same<br>
problem with the new update?<br>
