I've just updated my Win-Test LUA scripts to provide custom control of Icom
radios from the Win-Test keyboard, including easy control of the radio's
waterfall displays, and for the first time, voice memory playback, if your
firmware is up-to-date (IC-7300, 7610, 7850/7851 only). The IC-7610 is
currently supported by Win-Test 4.28.0-dev (download from
http://download/win-test.com/v4/nightly).
Download IcomScripts.zip from https://bit.ly/wtscripts. Extract the Zip to
your Win-Test /scripts directory (careful, do not extract to a
sub-directory, which Windows may do by default). Please replace any
existing scripts with the newest versions.
See Readme_IcomScripts.txt inside the Zip for complete installation
instructions and documentation. View or print the file with a fixed-pitch
font such as Lucida Console or Courier New for best readability.
Quick Start (after extracting the Zip to the /scripts directory):
1. In the Win-Test logging Window, type SCRIPTS [Enter]
2. Scroll down and click to highlight *Install_IcomScripts*
3. Click RUN
4. (wait up to 60 seconds)
5. Review the new key assignments
6. Click *OK*
7. (optional) type INST3 [Enter] to enable voice memory playback via
Win-Test function keys (IC-7300, 7610, 7850, 7851 only)
Note: Voice Memory programming must be done using the radio's menus.
See "Recording a Voice TX Memory" in the Icom manuals.
(To remove all key assignments, type UNINST [Enter] and UNINST3 [Enter] in
the Win-Test Logging Window.)
