[WT-support] restoring a wintest log from the .wt4 backup file

I'm using the DXpedition version of Wintest.
 
I have logged about 1000 QSOs and backups scheduled every 10 minutes.
 
On opening wintest I received a wintest error message telling me some QSO data is corrupted. I chose to create the error log .err and continue to open the log. I found that only the first 495 QSOs remain
 
Can you tell me how to restore the log from the backup .wt4 file or how to use the .err file.....I can find no reference to this in the help documentation.
