Must exit Logger32 completely, then start Win-Test.  Must set baud rate to
match rig (CONFIG:RS232 38400).  Bypass microHAM for now, no WinKey, no
microHAM control port in Win-Test.

You can key CW on K3 radio COM port by setting CONFIG:RS232 PTT-KEY to
OFF-DTR in K3 menu, then set DTR=CW on Radio 1 COM port in Win-Test.  Turn
VOX ON, no PTT for now.

Send me screenshots if you make no progress.

K3 is connected via RS232 cable to PC. (Logger32 is working with CAT and
responding Frequency ) .

uHam is providing manual keying and PTT for PA.    B U T still no ops with
WT. Trying  F1 mostly

is stalling WinTest. No keying for contest possible .

( btw yesterday had to reload Firmware for K3 - working normally now.)
