[WT-support] Country File CT_wt_mod.dat

Good morning every body,
I've downloadedt the very latest Country File CT_wt_mod.dat (30/10/17) 
and all stations beginning with UA9F are saying located in European 
Russia. This is the case for UA9FAR who ist located in Perm, Asiatic Russia.
I've had a look at the file and UA9F* is in the file section for 
European Russia.
I'm probably wrong or very confused. What is the true ?
