[WT-support] Noworkdupe ?

Dear all,

I am using wintest as DX-PEDITION mode since i am in Mali, but i never
found how to switch on NOWORKDUPE.

I did it several times in my log, but it will always send 599 to a dupe
contact. I have more than 350 dupe in my log.

Hope to get the right way to do it.
