[WT-support] [Elecraft] Missing first piece of dash or dot when sending CW with K3S USB input with Wintest.

You should be able to get near perfect timing out of Win-Test's built-in
keyer under Windows 10; there should be no need to invest in a WinKey.

In addition to Brian's excellent suggestion to check the USB Power
Management tab, check your PTT Lead Time setting in Win-Test.  Is it set to
0 ms?

I assume you're using CONFIG:PTT-KEY = RTS-DTR in the K3?  And only one and
CW PTT method enabled in Win-Test?  QSK mode or semi-breakin?  What is
CONFIG:TX DLY set to in the K3?

If you prefer, please send me your WT.INI file so I can take a look.
