Maybe you have a different version running on the same LAN?

Try reinstalling Win-Test, full version 4.24 or 4.25.0-dev (not the
"update").  Use *Run as Administrator* to install.  Then, *before* starting
Win-Test, right click, Properties, Compatibility, mark *Run As an
Administrator*, click OK.

After several installation always the same problem when launching the log
after
The configuration (contest selection) runtime error.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
