[WT-support] Runtime Error Wintest don't start contest log after setting

I encountered a problem after changing the PC to the radio club after
installing Windows 7 64bit unable to run Wintest.
I have an error

Runtime Error!

After several installation always the same problem when launching the log
after
The configuration (contest selection) runtime error.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
