What is the make / model of PC? In some desktop PCs, it is easy to add an
LPT port by adding a PCI card or a motherboard LPT adapter. In some older
Notebook PCs it is easy to add an ExpressCard LPT adapter.

Win-Test also supports CW and PTT via serial port pins. See
http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Interfaces#COM-port_CW_keying.

What is the make / model of the radio? Some radios have built in CW keying
and PTT via serial port pins (Elecraft K3, Yaesu FT-991, Icom IC-7300,
IC-7610, IC-7851). In those radios, no external keying circuit is needed,
just set DTR=CW, RTS=PTT on the Radio's COM port, in Win-Test, and set the
menu in the radio to match.

For older radios, you will need a USB-to-Serial adapter and a serial port
keying circuit.

Recommended devices (you would need both)

   1. FTDI USB-to-Serial adapter:

Avoid cheaper USB-to-Serial adapters with Prolific chips. Only use
   FTDI, Eltima, Edgeport, Gearmo.

   2. Serial keying circuit: https://www.ebay.fr/itm/W2ENY-

   (CW only, no PTT)
