[WT-support] Random Mode Change?

Running version 4.21, DXpedition mode with a K3.  Getting random mode
changes from CW to SSB when logging QSO.
The RIG is staying on CW, but the logged QSO occasionally gets logged as
SSB.

Com port speed is 38400
Operating system is Win7
We updated to the latest K3 firmware a few weeks ago.

Any suggestions as to what we should be looking at to nail the problem?  It
is not RF related.
