[WT-support] Map F2 to INS

Peter,

I assume you are using my K3scripts.zip file from http://bit.ly/wtscripts.

Since there is no way to assign a single script to two different keys at
the same time, (e.g. both F2 and Insert), multiple scripts are provided in
the package.  Run *Install_KDVR3scripts* to set the following default key
assignments, as well as others:

PlayM2 - assigned to F2
PlayM2a - assigned to INSERT
PlayM2b - assigned to semicolon [ ; ]

You may also change the key assignments using the Scripts Manager if you
like.
