[WT-support] ARRL 10 Multiplier Change

It appears that DF is no longer a multiplier in the ARRL 10 Meter Contest.  Cannot get ARRL site to load so I can verify.
It is my understanding that CMX replaced DF so is this something that has been changed or will be changed in Wintest over the next few days?
