[WT-support] Win-test and wtRotators

Thanks for posting the video and .ini files, as it helped me to figure out
the problem.

Antenna names must be unique.  Both the 20m controller and the 10m
controller are using the same antenna name "4 el ant 1".  Change these to
"4 el 20" and "4 el 10" and the problem should go away.
