[WT-support] New Experimental IOTA exchange numbering

Hi LAurent et all,

A group of EA's are in Mouro Island with restricted communications, they
installed that new version of WT and everything was ok except in a W10
machine, it is a laptop and wintest doesn't run, they start the programm ,
it opens but hanged.... any issue with that????

I'm trying to reproduce the problem with an old acer aspire one laptop with
W10 SO......


The first develope version run very well, but not the new one....
