[WT-support] AUTOCW on Secondary Radio?

Very good, thank you.

Just to be clear (and not break anything), it should work as it does now
(no auto-sending in Secondary radio) *if *RUNSP is disabled, or if the
secondary radio is in S&P mode.

The only time AUTOCW should work in the Secondary radio window is when
RUNSP is enabled, and the secondary radio is in RUN mode.
