[WT-support] The second footswitch binds to the secondary radio

I am trying to understand how can I use the following feature of the WT: 
The second footswitch binds to the secondary radio
When checked, the second footswitch can be pushed to bind the keyboard focus to the secondary radio window.I have 2 x Icoms connected to my PC via the DX Doubler. I do have a foot switch connected to the back of the DXD.Any clarification is welcome.
