[WT-support] Problem with Telnet

I have a problem where WT is unable to send a packet spot to the
cluster. I use VE7CC's CC User Program for the cluster, and it receives
packet spots just fine, and they appear in my WT band map (Radio 1). I
have been using this method for years to both send and receive spots to
the cluster. However, I am now unable to send spots to the cluster.

I have checked the WT broadcast address, wtDxTelnet, and the set up in
CC User, but cannot find the reason for the problem. There may a clue
however, and that is when WT connects to wtDxTelnet, I get a long list
of the following error message:

I am unable to find a reason for the SKIMMER/QSY message.

Any help will be appreciated.
