Hi,
I used WT ver 4.16, am I correct in assuming that when I submit my log in
this format I will get a cert should I be eligable? There is no box to tick
in this version.

Please forgive the exaggerated subject line; I'm just trying to get your
attention.
Probably at the request of the CQ WW Committee (to save money), Win-Test
4.19 now defaults to writing:
CERTIFICATE: NO
in the Cabrillo file, which indicates that you do not want any certificates
mailed to you.
You can change it to
CERTIFICATE: YES
with a text editor such as Notepad, or you can tell Win-Test to do it for
you.
To change that:
1. Type WRITELOG [Enter] in the Win-Test logging window
(or select File | Create log files ... )
2. Next to CABRILLO (<filename>.LOG), click the [Options ...] button
3. At the bottom, check the box:
Send a paper certificate via postal mail, if eligible
4. Click OK
5. Click OK again to create a new Cabrillo file with CERTIFICATE: YES
Win-Test will remember this setting in the WT.INI file, so you only have to
check that box once per computer.

Bob, N6TV
