[WT-support] Fw: TO station on CQWW

You should be able to save the file if you run Notepad as an
administrator.  Or maybe Win-Test has to be closed before you can save the
file?  It depends on the error message you received.

Try Start | All Programs | Accessories.  *Right click on Notepad*.  Left
click on *Run as Administrator*.

Select File | Open | C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\countryFiles\cty_wt_mod.dat.
Make the changes and save the file.  If you get an error, please indicate
what it is.

Restart Win-Test.
