The band map follows radio 1 or radio 2, so it only shows one band at a
time.

Instead, use the DX Announcements window (Alt-A), which can be filtered to
show multiple bands (right click on the Alt-A window for the context menu).
  Double clicking on a spot moves the primary radio.  To move a spot to the
secondary radio, right click on a spot and select "Pass frequency to
secondary radio."
