Good catch Joe.
This means that selecting FT-2000 or FTDX-9000 for an FT-991 will *not*
work in Win-Test.
Instead, install OmniRig <http://dxatlas.com/download.asp> (free) and the
latest .INI files, Open OmniRig and set radio type to FT-991 and set the
baud rate to match the radio. Close OmniRig, then open Win-Test. In
Interfaces configuration, change radio type to OmnRig and uncheck the COM
port. Win-Test should then control the FT-991 OK.
