[WT-support] Change of Transmit Focus

Thanks, Jose.  I probably should have noted that TV Bob says (if I
understood im correctly) that there is a command to make it work with
MicroHam but that it does not work with the classic LPT switching.

I believe the issue is LPT Pin 14 switching but since it goes through the
PIEXX I'm not sure exactly where the problem is.
