[WT-support] CW message behavior

I am seeing something that I have not seen in the past. I am running WT  
4.19.0.
 
When I go into OPTIONS I CW I MODIFY STANDARD MESSAGES, and enter text for  
F1, F2,...INSERT and PLUS, the text I have entered is not appearing the 
function  keys.
 
I have to use Shift-F(key) to enter the text I want in the message.
 
In the past, text I have entered into OPTIONS I CW I MODIFY STANDARD  
MESSAGES has always appeared in the F(keys).
 
Could this be something I am doing wrong, or perhaps a bug in a recent  
release of WT?
